Being in the military it is very hard to find someone who can style your hair the right way. When I first met Diva, I spoke with her for an hour on the phone about my hair, her road to success as a hair dresser, and her policy. She was so humble, and nice on the phone, I thought to myself as she explained to me her policy, "Wow this woman has truly been blessed if she is doing hair for the price that she is charging!!!" My first time ever paying $460.00 dollars for a hair style was with Diva, and it was "WELL WORTH MY MONEY". I put that in capital letters to let everyone know that you will get what you pay for. I must admit I was a bit skeptical at first, but it was a chance I was willing to take, and I am happy I did. The hair that she told me to get was so beautiful, and I was able to reuse it three times. I've experienced many hair stylist, but there is none like Diva to give you one on one hair consultation like she does. I will be moving to New Jersey, but she won't see the last of me for sure. I have been getting my hair done from DIVA for about 3 years. All I can say is that I am so thankful for her talent, she an absolute genius. I came to DIVA with very damaged hair. I did not have luck with the salons in Vegas, it was very disappointing. DIVA has made my hair healthy and it is growing!! I initially had a partial weave then went to a full sew in weave and now I only wear Hairlocs. The Hairlocs are great because you can actually feel your scalp and it is very easy to maintain. Ladies in the Dallas area—this one is for you! I currently reside in the Austin, Texas area and have desperately been seeking a true professional that specializes in hair extensions. I had a friend recommend Diva of Divastyles and I was excited to find someone with great talent as well as a diverse portfolio. Immediately, I viewed her website and was extremely disappointed to find out that she no longer serviced the Dallas area due to inconsistency of the clientele there. In order for her to service the Dallas area, she would need 10 pre-booked appointments. This was troubling to me because there is such a need for someone like Diva in Texas. Long story short, I had to make arrangements to fly to Arizona in order to get my hair done. For those who do not know—it was expensive! Let’s do the math, I received a full sewn-in weave with 2 bags of 14-16 inch Indian Remy, hair net, plane ticket and other travel arrangements. My total trip cost nearly $1000.00! I decided to spend the money because I KNEW it would be well worth it—and it was. However, certain expenses could have been avoided if we (Women of Texas) took care of our business and respected the fact that Diva is running one and handled things as such. We are too old for foolishness and games ladies. We always expect the best but try to get something for nothing or very little. I pray we can be the grown women we claim we are and take care of our business so that Diva can bring her magic back to Texas. I do plan on flying back out to wherever Diva is in order to maintain my Fabulousness! My experience was very personal and educational. Diva not only helped transform me into a true DIVA, but she educated me on the proper maintenance and upkeep of my own hair with and without the hair extensions so that I could get the look I truly desired, once I got back home.

I am a dancer/entertainer out of the Las Vegas/Phoenix area. I have moved back to Phoenix and was in need of a GOOD Stylist to do my weave. I like having the full weave with closure to not damage any of my hair. I searched all over the Phoenix area and nobody was familiar how to do this or where to begin. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. With that said, those who charged under $100 to do your hair will make you look like a $100 JOB. Being a dancer for Pro-Sport teams, my hair has to always be on point. I searched the internet and fell across Diva's site, and within 1 week I booked an appointment with her. Diva is so sweet, punctual, informative, and TALENTED. I got the FULL service from Color, Cut and Style from her. On top of that she is educating me on how to care for my hair!
